Alpha v2a1.6.2 Release
2019-10-16 - KISSlicer v2a1.4.8 => v2a1.6.2
For same extruder, changed the order to be - Skirt/Brim -> Support -> Object
Trying to find an ideal offset for the solid paths to maximize area per island.
Increased the area-maximizing solid infill oversample.
Require a certain width on a top surface before Ironing.
Changed animation manager from idle to timeout to reduce CPU useage under Mac.
Added a [X] Display Travel / Ironing Paths option.
Can cancel if the adaptive layers are out of spec.
Rewrote the ASCII STL file parser for speed and non-hanginess on Mac.
A* travel does higher res moves inside starting or ending islands.
Fixed the weirdness when KISSlicer was closed with the window maximized.
Fixed 1st layer Z-gap (had been adjusting thickness, not offset)
Fixed display of raft-interface 'bond' path widths.
Allow tiny segments in solid infill in case they are connected later, then filter out too-short segments after connecting them.
